Refillable Packaging & 2030 Goal

So far, we’ve created refillable solutions across our most popular Body & Hand collections. By 2030, our goal is to ensure 50% of what we sell is reusable or refillable.

We’ve never tested on animals since 1971 and we never will, plus we’ve been Leaping Bunny approved since 2012.

Made In England Since 1971

From hand-mixing products in our original salon to our present-day manufacturing facility in Elsenham, we’ve been made in England since 1971 – and we commit to this for our future.

Responsible Manufacturing

Our Elsenham facility is carbon neutral. It has used 100% renewable electricity since 2016 and we recycled 97% of its waste in 2021.

We’re proud that all our formulas are vegetarian – animal welfare has been close to our hearts from day one.

Return. Recycle. Reward.

We launched our own recycling scheme in our UK and Ireland stores\*, so you’re now able to recycle caps and pumps\*\* as well as the plastic bottles – with 10% off your next purchase. \*The ‘Return. Recycle. Reward.’ scheme excludes outlet stores, where we offer a ‘Return & Recycle’ scheme instead.\ \*\*Excluding our Kildare store, where we can only recycle the plastic bottle.

Recycled Materials

We make almost all our bottles with at least 50% recycled plastic – in 2021, this reduced our use of virgin plastic by the equivalent weight of approximately 6.2 million Molton Brown 300ml bottles.
